Why we love this Wine
A mix of grapes and a wild blend from Taras Ochota. A rolling ferment of everything that happened during the vintage, this is a beautiful snapshot of 2020 (bushfires and other disasters cropped neatly out of frame). Oh so fresh. A bit rosé-like, but more than that. Chill it so the sour cherries, pomegranate and herbs pop.
