Why we love this Wine

Arianna Occhipinti is the niece of winemaking royalty, Giusto Occhipinti, but has emerged as a royal of her own and a darling of the natural wine circuit. Producing culty wines in Sicily, she is focused on organic farming, and preaches the non-intervention good word as her commitment to only fostering good grapes flows through into her wines. The Grotte Alte is a beautiful dark red wine with cherry and herb notes on the nose and a round and a refined velvety taste. Cults can be dangerous but this one is a privilege.
