Why we love this Wine
Grown on the slopes of Mount Macedon, this joyous fizzle by North is Rosé de presse of Pinot Meunier, delivering big on those shamelessly pretty raspberry, rose and pomegranate characters. Spending a year on lees and free from additives or filtration, this is made using the Methode Champenoise (they’re nicknaming it Champenoz though - get it - Champagne Oz?) by Etienne Mangier from France’s Jura region.
