A Pet Nat of endless possibilities from the mind of Nick Spencer. Grenache heavy, Sangiovese on backing vocals. Lovers of an old school sparkling red might love it, they might not, but let's be clear, this isn't the old school sparkling Shiraz Aunt Judith busts out on Christmas morning. This is an energetic little number, think bright berry punch, fresh mint, savoury citrus, and the faintest saline edge. Endlessly effervescent, and if you let the sediment settle, clean and crisp.
