Why we love this interesting drink
The chokehold of Naturi Vermouth should be studied. It's one thing to incorporate Australian botanicals (which it must be said, are having a moment). But it's another to meld those flavours so artfully that the cocktail builds itself. Though so-named for spritzes, we're perfectly partial to this blend of native citrus, rosella, lemon myrtle and lemongrass on the rocks. We'll agree that the fresh yuzu and bittermelon flavours pop all the more when paired with spritzy pals; soda and your chosen cheap fizz.
