Why we love this Wine
A nice big glass of Calabria coming right up. Macerato—5 days maceration on skins leave us with something bold, structured and totally authentic, for all that this is a quirky little orange wine. Stainless steel ageing has kept things fresh and textural; expect dried apricot, citrus, and savoury spice atop a juicy yet textured palate. Just the right hit of acidity. No shortcuts here, just organic, biodynamic, and hands-on winemaking with zero chemical additions. A simple recipe for a fun time.
