Why we love this Wine
Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige that walks the slippery line between slick wet stony minerality and ripe fruit. Harvested by hand before a three week ferment and ageing on lees, Nals Margreid’s take on the dry Italian guzzler is refreshing in apple, citrus and fuzzy peach, gravel and garden herbs infused in olive oil. A dream with seafood.
