Why we love this Wine
Oh buddy, oh boy. Small parcel Nebbiolo from Victoria’s south east, guided along its journey by industry stalwarts Adrian Rodda and Mark Walpole. It was always going to be good, we love the peppery finish and warm, smokey spice profile. Open fermented for thirty days, before a nine month elevage in puncheon leaves that famous delicate Nebbiolo tannin tight and mouth-watering.
