Why we love this Wine
Did it fall from a shooting star? Hard to say, but these drops of Jupiter are far from overrated, this is a versatile show-pony of a food wine, medium bodied with high acid in the best possible sense. Balanced just-so, with all the fruit character we love in a Sangiovese, but not the slightly saccharine, confectionary notes that the style can be dominated by. This is simply fun, dangerously approachable, and down-right delicious, with jubey cherries and handfuls of herbage.
