Why we love this Wine
This lovely off-dry Riesling hails from the Moorabool Valley near Geelong in Victoria. With a natural ferment and full solids it is a concentrated, textural style of Riesling that still possesses that rapier-like line of acidity and pure citrus and blossom characters that we love from the variety. Here, the lads at Mulline walk the ridgeline of residual sugar and acidity with confidence and aplomb; the wine showing great tension and balance, pure and endearing.
