Why we love this Wine

From a single 2.5 hectare site in Biene, just outside Chablis, this is serious Petit Chablis. Naturally fermented and produced in large vats, it’s round and upfront, with texture and pulp and peaches. Most importantly it has that creaminess and tang for which these wines are famous. Site-specific stuff. Inimitable elsewhere. 100% would come back.
