Why we love this Wine
At their best, wines reflect their place, their season and their maker's hand. This is one of those bottles. A little new oak and a long time on lees makes for a incredible depth of flavour, layered and concentrated with minerality and a chalky texture. Stone-fruit and crisp green apples, honey and oyster shells. Hard not to fall head over heals.
