Why we love this Wine
The late Stéphane Moreau was a bit of a legend in Chablis; with great natural farming, low yields and delicious wines, he was an inspiration to many other producers. Wine geeks reckon that Chablis smells like oyster shells due to the Kimmeridgian soils containing fossils from an old seabed. We reckon a few glasses of this and some fish and chips and it smells like victory! Pure stone-fruited, sappy awesomeness with great flow on the palate.
