Why we love this Wine
This is Syrah-lite (lite on palate, but not on flavour by any means). The tannins are soft, the vibrancy is THERE. An effortless wine from Kangaroo Island, delicately textural, soft and deeply savoury. Worth trying, highly recommended if you're a fan of the gentle zap brought by carbonic maceration.
