Why we love this Wine
Jordan Hein turns his attention to Riesling from the Yacca Paddock vineyard in the Adelaide Hills sub-region of Kuitpo. In this rendition of his Riesling triptych, we see a wine that gets a wild, open ferment with seven days of skin contact. Unfiltered, aromatic, textural drinking with a slinky sashay across the palate, plenty of crunch and verve and a gorgeous line across the palate.
