Why we love this Wine

Another cracking textural Riesling from Moorak wines, this time with grapes sourced from the limestone and flint rock soils of Mount Gambier down near the Victorian border. It’s a blend of free run and 3-day skin contact Riesling; aromatic and pure, unfettered and filigreed with a textural flow in the mouth, sapid acid crunch and the gentlest tug of tannin from the light skin work. Lovely lo-fi-ness.
