Why we love this Wine
Jordan Hein has really hit his stride, and his first sparkling is cool as a cucumber. Carefully considered and executed, Organic Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier were cold and co-fermented, and finished unfiltered. Clean and spirited with integrated notes of red fruit and citrus, it’s made in super limited quantities. Fill your vessel with a fabulous Oakbank fizz.
