Why we love this Wine
Jordan Hein is doing some pretty ace things at Moorak Wines; in this case, a snazzy Mclaren Vale Grenache that drinks like a little champion. If you feel like immersing yourself in wine geekery it’s a cuvée of four fermentations - carbonic maceration,100% whole berry, 50% whole bunch & 100% whole bunch, all wild-fermented and unfiltered. For those not into such wine geekery, it’s pure-fruited and bloody yummy. Get amongst it.
