Chardonnay that sparkles. Carey Gully fruit, cold fermented in stainless with wild yeasts. Addition free but for a spot of sulfur upon disgorgement, this is trad method bubbly at its freshest, Moorak's first. A base of 2022's outstanding Chardonnay joining the free-run of 2023. A generous pour with some beautiful broad texture. Bold nose of pear and hay, an Extra Brut finish. Must try.
