Why we love this Wine
Moorak make yum wines, ya heard? This is their first traditional method sparkling Chardonnay, with wild yeast fermentation. Cold fermented 2022 fruit from Carey Gully does time in stainless before being racked to seasoned barriques for 12 months on fine lees. Then some 2023 free run juice joins the blend. And the outcome is delish; bright aromatics, pears and a certain grassiness. A real charmer.
