Why we love this Wine
This is the first time Moorak have put out this style of disgorged ancestral method sparkling cuvee. It's 2/3 Chardy, and 1/3 Pinot Meunier. All of the fruit was handpicked and whole bunch pressed, with the Meunier getting a little extra instensity and depth through cold soaking. The results are moussey and blushing, with the perfume of a cherry strawberry spritz.
