Why we love this Wine
If we had ten green bottles hanging on the wall, this is the one we’d pick. The colour of freshly cut straw in the glass, with lifted vegetal notes, nashi pear and green apple. A wine to sip under a fig tree, breathing in blossomy heady aroma. Vermentino done minimal intervention is a belter for food. A treat, a tickler.
