Mont Rocher’s 2022 Cabernet Franc is a wild, mouth-watering expression of the Roussillon—crafted from old vine Cabernet Franc grown in high-altitude, limestone-rich soils. The nose brings blackcurrant and redcurrant, while the palate pops with juicy, fresh fruit, a hint of nutmeg and clove. With a spicy kick on the finish, a vibrant, elegant red and a true taste of the Haute Vallée of Limoux.
