Why we love this Wine
This Chardonnay was planted at Kuitpo by the first qualified female winemaker in Australia, Ursula Pridham, back in the 1990s. Monsieur Herci’s interpretation is fresh and alive. And for somewhat of a behind-the-scenes operation, damn fine. Whole-bunch pressed, mostly old (some new) barrels. Nothing but a little sulphur at bottling. It sings.
