Why we love this Wine
Monlia is a collab between the Langhe’s much-loved local watering hole Osteria More e Macine and the Oddero family. The spotlight is on the Piedmontese varietal Timorasso, saved from extinction by local hero Walter Massa. Aromatic and alluring in florals, apples and apricots, it’s aged in oak (70%) and stainless steel for a year before bottling. Honey, minerality, nuts and dried fruit are revealed with a little age.
