Why we love this Wine
An Italian monastery an hour north of Rome is the producer of this cracking light red blend, alive in berries, citrus and herbs. Grown among olive and fruit trees that become oil and jam, the sisters believe agricultural work brings them closer to nature. Made in little more than a toolshed, this is honest table wine - but would you expect anything else from 80 sisters? We’re giving thanks.
