Quandong up front — tart, sun-dried stone fruit, a little sour. Strawberry gum brings a native eucalyptus lift (think berries through a gum leaf). White aspen tightens the finish, sharp and citrusy. Nothing lolly-shop about it. Tastes like it grew somewhere, because it did. Bush tucker, carbonated.
