Why we love this Wine
Ministry of Clouds have produced a blend of sky-high calibre with its fragrant Grenache fruit reeling you in with hints of sour cherry, strawberries, a spicy raspberry lift and packed with layers of earthiness. Adding a splash of dried herbs and amaro bitters from the Carignan fruit, this wine is perfect for warm sunny evenings spent cooking fish or meat over charcoal with good friends and hard cheese. Serve this one cool-ish, but not too cool - and it’s true. Blends really do have more fun.
