Austrian winemaker Michael Gindl has an inspiring touch for turning fruit from low-yielding grüner veltliner vines into magical drinks. Little Buteo gives us native yeasts, some whole bunches and skin maceration, aged on lees for six months in stainless steel. Depth and complexity, so much life and energy.
