A proper Sancerre at a damn good price, this actually comes from one of the most revered villages in the area, Bue. Inline with the region, expect classic stylings and pure beauty. It’s lifted and floral, grippy and textural, with an oily mouth-coating finish. Intensely focussed drinking of lemons and herbs.
