Why we love this Wine
Simon Steele was one of the first winemakers to bring back this retro Aussie blend to the Yarra. Co-fermented Pinot Noir and Shiraz all de-stemmed-no-crushing with 100% whole berries in the mix (now in your glass). Lots of that gummy carbonic maceration flavour with incredible red and blue fruit aromatics. Awesome quality on show here.
