Why we love this Wine
This vintage brought a return to more normal yields following a run of lean years, bringing exemplary quality Pinot Noir through to its optimal ripeness. 2 weeks on skins, 9 months in oak (10% new oak). The end result is lithe but unexpectedly savoury, red fruited and a little gravelly. Peter Dredge simply does it every time, find a better Tassie Pinot.
