Meadowbank make what might be the quintessential Tasmanian Chardonnay; bodacious and delicious, vibrant and golden coloured. White peach and citrus pop, one of the hallmarks of Pete Dredge's minimal intervention approach. The vineyard, planted in 1987, says a lot in this wine, and the influence of some pre-seasoned French barrels adds all the complexity you could dream of.
