Why we love this Wine
Sometimes Always Somm Steph had zero hesitation sliding this into our lineup. 170 days on skins had us prepared for a bit of esoteric energy, but this is a crowd-pleaser. Floral Fiano and gutsy Garganega shape a citrusy, savoury mid-weight wonder dotted with nuts and herbs, and finished with a moreish salty margarita rim. One of our Favorita Mildura wines to date.
