Why we love this Wine
Here, Timo turns his hand to Yarra Valley Syrah and you just know it’s going to be the as good as you expect. It’s a very whole bunchy; spicy and detailed with gorgeously pure blue and dark cherry fruits with a gamey/meaty edge and an earthy core to its shape. It’s slinky and sashays across the palate like it owns the joint followed by a trail of tight ripe fruit, fine tannin and ferrous-edged funk.
