Why we love this Wine
Pinot Gris is a grape variety deserving of a position in your fridge/esky and we can think of no better place to aim, than one from a hirsute, enigmatic winemaker from the Yarra Valley with a German accent. It’s a supple little beauty… all citrusy and peary and come-hither with its fleshy pure fruit and lightly-spiced floral glances. Textural and expansive at its core but not at the expense of freshness and inherent drinkability. It’s lovely.
