Why we love this Wine
Well hello, Barolo season. Who are we kidding, it’s forever Barolo season at Sometimes Always. This Nebbiolo is from Mauro Veglio and wife Daniela’s younger Castelletto vines, and fruit that lends well to younger and medium-term drinking. Treated to around 50% new oak, five years on it’s already showing balance, delivering on that cherry, raspberry, smoke and oak your palate loves, and your soul needs.
