Why we love this Wine
Domaine Matassa is the story of Tom Lubbe interning in the south of France, and years later having an innate connection with 15 hectares of vines. Organic faming, natural winemaking, no added anything. Marguerite is a super crisp example of his orange wines, with real sting. Citrus driven, loaded with minerality, amazingly balanced acidity. A must.
