Why we love this Wine
Domaine Matassa’s Tom Lubbe is a well-traveled winemaker from South Africa who interned in the South of France and never looked back. Now custodian of 15 hectares, this wine is 100% muscat à petit grain which undergoes whole bunch carbonic fermentation. Organic and no added anything. Honey and cardamon with a touch of smoke and soft tangerine. Epic orange wine.
