Why we love this Wine
Located in the remote Languedoc village of Puimisson, Jean-Francois (‘Jeff’) Coutelou has long been a beacon of natural winemaking. It's been a winemaking village for over 200 years and most of its soils are a mix of red clays and limestone. La Buvette à Paulette is a blend of Merlot, Mourvèdre and Syrah bursting with Languedoc sunshine. Plush fruited, deeply pitched and seriously drinkable, this has good grip and a rustic twist and would be great at a BBQ.
