Why we love this Wine
Located in the remote Languedoc village of Puimisson, Jean-Francois (‘Jeff’) Coutelou has long been a beacon of natural winemaking. It's been a winemaking village for over 200 years and most of its soils are a mix of red clays and limestone. Sauvé de le Citerne is a marriage of French playmates Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache who combine in this joyous, pure fruited bomb! Think Supple and fruity, round and sapid, tactile and sweet. Santè!
