Why we love this Wine
Traditionalist in the vineyard, jazz cat on the winemaker’s bench, Mark Angeli’s wines prove that France has more to say than AOC. While upholding the rich legacy of Loire Valley viticulture, this Grolleau Noir sees the little grape, used commonly in Rosé d’Anjou, get its walk on the darker side. Chirpy grapefruit marries earthy complexity. A true unicorn, with a whole lot of horn.
