Why we love this Wine
Mallaluka is made by Sam Leyshon northwest of Canberra, but with grapes from all over this fine country. This tidy Amber is straight outta Gungagai. Blending Chardy and Finao, Semillon and White Muscat, they’ve united for spontaneous ferment, some whole bunches and all skinsy vibes. More savoury, very layered, with vegetal notes, orange peel and plenty of spice.
