The village of Ribeauville in Alsace is home to a small, 0.8ha vineyard, a cool, south-facing site that yields wines of remarkable minerality and tension. Vinified in 100% stainless steel for 9 months on fine lees, this is fruit-led, slightly saline Riesling with a great acid core. Satisfying, slick drinking, sorted.
