Why we love this Wine
We stumbled across the Made by Monks label from Luke Monks at Templo in Hobart and the wine matched the meal: authentic, down to earth, and good vibes all round. This fume sits in barrel, without being topped up, developing a light flor and oxidative quality. It’s simple science, but so interesting to drink.
