French for stars, Etoiles refers to the vineyard's fertile marl and limestone soils, scattered with fossilised remains of ancient, tiny marine animals that are shaped like stars. A stickler for the natural winemaking and traditional styles of the Jura, Ludwig holds nothing more sacred than the health of his vines. Here, his philosophy rings loud and proud. Textural and rich, this wine blooms with acacia flowers, stewed citrus and a refreshing minerality. We expect big things from LuLu, and he always delivers.
