Ceci n’est pas un rosé. As the bottle declares, this delicate red is not a rosé, but a 100% Poulsard from three of Lulu Vigneron’s organic Jura vineyards. Whole-bunch fermented, aged in old wood, vibrant, tangy and bursting with red fruits.
