From the now fully organic vineyards of Ludwig Bindernagel, a Savagnin with all the honey and complexity you’d expect from an oxidative Jura wine made in the region’s favourite style: sous voile. Powerful, spiced and glittering with an acidity that gives it that ‘cha-cha-cha’ in the glass.
