Why we love this Wine
Here’s a lovely Yarra Valley Nebbiolo that’s been floating our boat lately. Fermented with wild yeast and held on skins for 18 days before pressing and maturation in large, 2200L Slavonian and French oak foudre. Luke is a whizz with Nebbiolo and we reckon that this is one of the best examples of the variety available in Australia. Earthy, savoury and beautifully composed.
