Why we love this Wine
The Crudo Chardonnay hails from the Yarra Valley; the Denton block in fact with it’s granitic soils and favorably situated aspect. Whole-bunch pressed, linear and riding on rails, it shows superb focus and we reckon it represents amazing value for money. White-fruity, dollops of creamy complexity, a fair wack of sapid/umami twang and a fresh and brisk cadence over the palate. It’s a cracker.
